Linum Consult’s client is currently seeking a Service Contract Specialist with a background in automotive dealerships or repair shops to join their team in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating bid/tender formulating activities
- Negotiating with suppliers to draw up procurement contracts
- Formulating and recommending procurement proposals and sourcing & contract management strategies, considering business requirements and target savings
- Serving as liaison officer to ensure fulfilment of obligations by contractors
- Maintaining contract and agreement documents
- Evaluating or monitoring contract performance to determine the necessity for amendments or extensions, and compliance to contractual obligations
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in Business Management or relevant subject
- Around 5-8 years’ experience in contract administration within the automotive industry, specifically dealerships or repair shops
- Excellent working knowledge of contract management, tender management, technical supervision of contracts, and contract negotiation
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Previous history of working internationally and in the Middle East
