Linum Consult’s client is an international payments and shopping services company, currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java, to be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working as a backend Java developer, you will design, develop, and deploy backend services with a focus on scalability, high availability, and low latency
- Collaborating and growing in a dynamic and autonomous environment whilst working in small, agile, and cross-functional teams
- Using the latest technologies to solve problems for customers at a massive scale
- Sharing your knowledge and building creative solutions whilst helping the team evolve best practices
- Using the following technologies: Java, Spring & Spring Boot, Docker & Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elastic search, Microservices architecture on AWS
PROFILE
- Extensive software development experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including Java
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
