Linum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Senior Salary Benchmarking Specialist to join their team in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the development and execution of a competitive compensation and benefits programme
- Conducting in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identifying best practices
- Designing and administering impactful employee recognition programmes to boost morale and engagement
- Analysing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of rewards programmes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Communicating effectively with leadership and employees at all levels about compensation and benefits
PROFILE
- 8-10 years’ experience in compensation and benefits or similar HR field
- Strong track record of designing and implementing successful rewards programmes
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
