Linum Consult’s client is a market leader in the distribution of machine parts across the Mining, Civil Engineering and Heavy Industry sectors in Africa. Due to extended growth, they are looking to hire a Sales Engineer specialising in crushing and screening equipment, to be based in Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Following up on all aspects related to crushing and screening projects, in collaboration with all stakeholders (sales administration, logistics, technical teams)
- Generating crushing and screening technical offers in collaboration with the OEM and local entities
- Collaborating with Business Unit/Country/Support Managers for the implementation of action plans in line with the business strategy
- Being a point of contact for the OEM for all business aspects
- Supporting business development and providing global offers to the sales operations
- Providing global and bundled offers dedicated to quarry customers, with a focus on crushing and screening activities
- Implementing tools, procedures and policies in line with the group’s guidelines
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Engineering (Mining/Geology/Mechanical/Chemistry)
- 3 years’ experience of operational experience in mineral processing (quarry/mining engineer/process engineer/plant engineer)
- Good knowledge of crushing and screening machinery
- Proven history of working within the OEM product industry
- Fluent in both French and English
- Highly autonomous and intelligent worker
- Willingness to travel (30% to Africa)
