Linum Consult’s client is Rail Baltica: the largest Baltic transport infrastructure project that will create the North – East economic corridor. It will be an electrified, high speed railway line with modern infrastructure for passenger and freight services, ensuring environmentally friendly and fast transportation from Tallinn to the Lithuanian-Polish border. Rail Baltica will connect the Baltic States with Central and Western Europe. The project is largely co-financed by the European Union. They are currently in need of a Requirements & Configuration Expert to join them in Latvia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributing to the configuration, deployment, and availability of the Requirements Management Tool (JAMA) and all process assets for all stakeholders throughout the entire project life cycle
- Ensuring that requirements are managed according to the Requirements Process by all stakeholders
- Supporting all activities and deliverables by setting proper interfaces and coordination with the Requirements Manager of external stakeholders
- Contributing to the training and introduction of the JAMA tool to the company’s staff and other stakeholders
PROFILE
- Extensive experience in Configuration and Requirements Management for complex projects or organizations, preferably but not necessarily in the railway sector
- Very strong expertise in ProjectWise
- Familiar with managing the configuration of a product using PLM software or Excel
- Any experience with JAMA Connect tool would be advantageous, or an ALM solution such as DOORS NG version, Polarion or similar tools
- Certified for requirements – e.g. IREB, INCOSE, etc.
- Ability to lead, plan, and deliver in interface with numerous stakeholders and under pressure
- Proactive individual, well developed communication skills, ability to work independently, adaptability, strong goal-oriented culture, teamwork and open-minded personality
