Linum Consult’s client is an established engineering services and consulting company currently seeking an Arabic- and English-speaking Recruitment Specialist to their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be involved in setting up Saudization policies
- Delivering high-volume recruitment
- Improving the end-to-end recruitment process
- Screening CVs and conducting interviews
- Performing reference and background checks
- Ensuring relevant QA standards are met and sustained
PROFILE
- University degree in an HR-related subject
- Around 2-3 years’ experience in a recruitment environment, working towards manager level
- Previous experience in Saudi graduate programmes would be advantageous
- Experienced in setting up Saudization policies
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
