Linum Consult’s client is part of a multinational Tier 1 main contractor – a world leader in structural engineering, currently seeking to expand their Middle East operations. They are urgently looking for a bilingual Arabic- and English-speaking Project Manager, to support and oversee projects in Egypt, Iraq, and Jordan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing all operational aspects of multiple projects
- Forecasting, allocating, and managing site operations, plants, and materials
- Interfacing with clients and different departments within the company
- Carrying out cost control at project level
- Ensuring the proper implementation of the contractual obligations of all parties, and protecting the company’s contractual rights
- Conducting regular report meetings and monthly progress reports
- Leading the site teams and ensuring the implementation of QHSE standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering
- At least 10-15 years of experience in bridge construction, ideally with some technical knowledge of special methods
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Good interpersonal and team management skills
- Keen and available to travel frequently across the Middle East
