Linum Consult’s client is an international specialist within the construction industry. They are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee retail fit-out projects in Paris and Lyon. This will be a day-rate contract role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing all phases of the projects, making sure they are completed on time and within scope and budget
- Ensuring clients’ requirements and specifications are adhered to
- Initiating and monitoring project schedules
- Managing the works from an administrative and financial point of view
- Providing assistance to the client after acceptance (overseeing the removal of outstanding works and snagging, setting up maintenance contracts, resolving any problems with the building projects)
- Conducting and recording meetings
- Liaising and coordinating with operational teams, contractors, and members of the clients’ design teams
PROFILE
- Degree qualification in Engineering or Construction Management, ideally with PMP certification
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ project management experience on major fit-out projects, particularly large retail buildings
- Professional level of French and English
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- The right to live and work in the EU
