Linum Consult’s client is an international cloud computing and data science consulting company, currently seeking a Swedish-speaking Project Administrator to join their Customer Lifecycle department. This is a hybrid role (3 days on site, 2 days remote), and will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.


  • Carrying out project administration on a new system for Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments, and establishing a new KYC process at work within the company
  • Assisting and supporting with documentation, meeting management, conducting presentations, organising venues, assisting with planning, and other administrative duties
  • Contributing to the improvement of the company’s methodologies and their efficiency
  • Communicating and collaborating with Project Managers and Stream Leads
  • Assisting with business development and regulatory compliance, making these processes as customer friendly and efficient as possible


  • Previous experience within the Banking and/or Finance industry
  • Excellent project assistant skills: highly organised, efficient, responsive, fast working, quick thinking
  • Have a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Swedish
