Linum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Marketing Expert to join their team in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with the Marketing Manager and team in order to identify opportunities for communication and promotional activities, ensuring brand consistency and cost-effective use of resources
- Working with the Sales team in order to identify requirements for awareness and promotional campaigns for B2B, B2B2C, and B2C markets
- Analysing customer divisions, identifying opportunities, and defining appropriate plans for each division
- Cultivating relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders to maximise brand awareness
- Liaising with PR and BD departments for the implementation of BTL promotional activities, including sales events, retail collaborations, and production of sales collaterals
- Monitoring the compliance of any BTL/B2C marketing activity within the approved budget
- Driving and supporting the development and implementation of the marketing communications, social media, and digital marketing initiatives through all applicable channels
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or similar relevant field
- At least 10 years’ experience in marketing communication, within the transportation/airline industry and with advertising/marketing agencies within a multicultural environment
- Demonstrable experience in strategic and tactical marketing planning and campaign execution, with strong knowledge of social media marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing
- Good understanding of local marketing trends, media industry, social media trends and strategies
- Solid experience in design, copywriting, content writing, SEO, digital and email marketing
- Excellent communication skills in English
