Linum Consult’s client is a large international company specialising in power generation. They are urgently seeking an HR Manager to oversee and manage the human resources for their local teams in Rwanda.


  • Managing all HR operations in compliance with legal requirements and company policies & procedures
  • Carrying out recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, administrative management, and employee relations
  • Ensuring data accuracy in the company HRIS
  • Supporting performance management processes
  • Advising management on HR policy and procedure application
  • Managing social relationships


  • Bachelor’s degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Additional training or certification in HR management would be advantageous
  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR roles
  • Strong presentation, communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English
  • Currently living and working in Rwanda
