Linum Consult’s client is a large international company specialising in power generation. They are urgently seeking an HR Manager to oversee and manage the human resources for their local teams in Rwanda.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing all HR operations in compliance with legal requirements and company policies & procedures
- Carrying out recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, administrative management, and employee relations
- Ensuring data accuracy in the company HRIS
- Supporting performance management processes
- Advising management on HR policy and procedure application
- Managing social relationships
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Additional training or certification in HR management would be advantageous
- At least 5 years’ experience in HR roles
- Strong presentation, communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English
- Currently living and working in Rwanda
