Linum Consult’s client is a large company working within the luxury hospitality sector. They are currently seeking a General Manager with experience of managing luxury spas to be based in Doha, Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing the operational and financial performance of multiple luxury spas
  • Reviewing sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring budgets are achieved
  • Reviewing staffing structures and overseeing the hiring process
  • Carrying out customer service and ensuring high quality experiences
  • Managing key stakeholders, to ensure compliance
  • Ensuring effective reporting to the board, members, and affected stakeholders

PROFILE

  • Degree qualification in Business Management, Hospitality, or similar
  • Around 10 years’ experience in managing multiple luxury spas, and with general experience in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience of working internationally for multicultural companies
