Linum Consult’s client is a large company working within the luxury hospitality sector. They are currently seeking a General Manager with experience of managing luxury spas to be based in Doha, Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the operational and financial performance of multiple luxury spas
- Reviewing sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring budgets are achieved
- Reviewing staffing structures and overseeing the hiring process
- Carrying out customer service and ensuring high quality experiences
- Managing key stakeholders, to ensure compliance
- Ensuring effective reporting to the board, members, and affected stakeholders
PROFILE
- Degree qualification in Business Management, Hospitality, or similar
- Around 10 years’ experience in managing multiple luxury spas, and with general experience in the luxury hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience of working internationally for multicultural companies
