Linum Consult’s client is a market leader in the distribution of machine parts across the Mining, Civil Engineering and Heavy Industry sectors in Africa. Due to extended growth, they are looking to hire a Manager to oversee their Components Rebuild Centre in Brussels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing a comprehensive strategy for the Components Rebuild Centre and overseeing its implementation within the company
- Establishing the go-to-market approach according to customer requirements, the cost structures and revenue streams, key metrics, organisation structures, and IT business requirements
- Supporting the consistent deployment of the CRC strategy across the company in cooperation with the VP of Operations
- Identifying key experts in each CRC country and building their teams to ensure best practices and knowledge transfer
- Developing the financial and operational KPIs of the CRC and monitoring performance
PROFILE
- Degree qualification in Civil or Industrial Engineering, ideally with an MBA qualification
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the mining industry, with at least 2 years’ experience working in a Components Rebuild Centre
- Excellent technical knowledge of project management
- Strong business acumen, with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
