Linum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Salary Benchmarking Specialist to join their team in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive compensation and benefits programme
- Conducting market research to ensure competitive pay and benefits packages
- Designing and administering employee recognition programmes
- Staying up to date with industry best practices in compensation and benefits
- Analysing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the rewards programmes
- Partnering with HR leadership to achieve strategic business goals
PROFILE
- 3-5 years’ experience in compensation and benefits or similar HR field
- Strong track record of designing and implementing successful rewards programmes
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
