Linum Consult’s client is an international technical and engineering construction specialist, with a focus in complex industrial buildings. They are looking to hire a Technical Quality Engineer to join their team in Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributing to the development of quality control programmes and policies
- Validating the implementation of quality control programmes by ensuring compliance with specified requirements and maintaining high quality standards
- Evaluating construction activities and ensuring corrective actions are carried out for any identified deficiencies
- Articulating, documenting, and solidifying anticipated performance criteria and ultimate quality standards with the client
- Coordinating the resolution of identified quality issues by adopting a proactive approach
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a similar relevant subject
- Experience in quality engineering within the construction industry is essential, providing a good understanding of construction processes, standards and regulations
- Proficient in quality management tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, especially in root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
