Linum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to join their team on an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension. This role will be based in Doha, Qatar
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with candidate screening and assessments
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates, and communicating the calendar with the relevant interview panel and candidate
- Coordinating and arranging second interviews with end-user departments
- Maintaining records of accepted and rejected candidates/offers
- Preparing and posting job advertisements online
- Issuing official offer letters for accepted candidates
- Liaising with candidates from offer roll out until on-boarding, including all documentation related to candidates
- Liaising with the Governmental Relations Department to arrange pre-commencement candidate documentation and services
PROFILE
- University degree qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar subject
- Around 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or Recruitment
- Ideally have some knowledge of HRIS or SAP software
- Organised and capable of multitasking; excellent presentation skills
- Immediate availability
- Fluent in English, with very strong verbal and written communication skills
