Linum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Strategy & Project Manager to oversee their training programme processes. This role will be based in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing, updating, and continually developing the strategy, policies and procedures that reflect the mission and vision of the company
- Identifying and analysing the strategic drivers of the company
- Undertaking analyses of the company’s external business environment, including competitor analysis to establish long-term trends that could impact the organisation
- Undertaking analysis to identify internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats
- Preparing the company’s strategic plan, and supporting business and support units to develop individual business plans for their areas
- Overseeing and providing performance reports for senior management
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- PMP certified, ideally with COBIT or other Business/Strategy related certifications
- At least 12 years’ overall experience in a similar role
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with any Arabic language skills an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and present ideas to a wide variety of groups
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
