Linum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Strategy & PMO Specialist to oversee their training programme processes. This role will be based in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking responsibility for the planning, organising, directing, controlling, and coordinating the assigned projects and strategies of the company
- Leading a programme of interrelated projects
- Executing and managing projects as well as company-wide initiatives
- Optimising efficiency in the documentation processes
- Reporting project progress
- Keeping track of deadlines, next steps and deliverables in order to provide the necessary support for management to make strategic decisions
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or similar subject. Ideally have an MBA
- PMP certified, ideally with COBIT or other Business/Strategy related certifications
- At least 9 years’ overall experience with 3 years in a similar or entrepreneurial role
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with any Arabic language skills an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and present ideas to a wide variety of groups
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
