Linum Consult’s client is a major company operating out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are urgently seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to identify and develop distribution strategies to further their key sales channels in Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the Qatar market that ensures attainment of the company’s revenue targets and future profitability
  • Ensuring that all sales strategies are aligned with the company’s brand development to improve sales growth
  • Planning and carrying out sales and marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values and timescales
  • Defining the key strategic requirements in order to execute the sales and customer communication strategy, and supporting the development of the commercial platform (digital and traditional)
  • Undertaking research when required and initiating and coordinating the development of new products and services to achieve revenue growth
  • Using market research to drive revenue growth across multiple channels
  • Developing the pricing strategy and fare products

PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree qualification in a suitable subject
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a Sales and Marketing or Commercial role, with a background in the transportation industry
  • Ideally have previously worked managing sales and marketing activities in GCC countries
  • Demonstrable experience of working in traditional and digital media
  • Experience in bringing new services and products through launch and delivery
  • Excellent management & interpersonal skills, and able to meet sales targets
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
