Linum Consult’s client is an international technical and engineering construction specialist. They are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a data centre construction project in Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking responsibility for project management, particularly regarding timelines, costs, and quality, including tendering, awarding, and coordinating subcontractors, as well as contract management on both the client and subcontractor sides
- Overseeing and managing all technical processes across all project phases
- Leading the project team
- Maintaining excellent communication with all project stakeholders
- Ensuring a smooth and safe project process in line with internal company guidelines and client requirements
PROFILE
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar subject
- 12 years’ experience within the construction industry, with a history of managing large complex industrial building projects
- Excellent awareness of quality, costs, and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills English, with any French or Dutch language skills an advantage
- The right to live and work in the EU
