Linum Consult’s client seeking a Senior Project Accountant to join their team in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing BOQs, interim claims evaluations, and final accounts
- Processing regional payments, costings, expense reports, and payment trackers
- Managing the investment process for the company’s utilities sector
- Providing periodic financial reports and analyses
- Preparing accruals
- Budgeting and forecasting
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Quantity Surveying, with an accreditation from a recognised institute in North America, Western Europe, or Australia. Chartered status such as RICS or similar. A Professional Certification in a relevant field will be preferred.
- 15 years’ experience in a multidisciplinary organisation in the Middle East
- Experience in the utilities sector or civil engineering industry is essential
- Fluent in spoken and written English
