Linum Consult’s client is a leading international finance company, currently seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to work on the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of Salesforce.com applications. This role will be based in Prague.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and delivering Salesforce solutions for CRM as and when required
- Being involved in the hands-on development of various components and configurations within salesforce
- Managing a team of developers and mentoring junior developers on architecture, design and development
- Working with cross-functional IT teams to build strategic architecture and design
- Analysing business requirements and providing technical solutions
- Integrating testing methodologies and DevOps processes into the development practices
- Working in an agile development team to deliver software projects
PROFILE
- Experience in Salesforce development/administration with good knowledge of Apex, Lightning, VisualForce and Force.com applications
- Demonstrable history of leading the delivery of software solutions whilst overseeing small teams
- Experience working as part of an agile development team
- Excellent ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Good understanding of SDLC and agile processes
- Preferably have Salesforce certifications, experience with Shield, SFDX, Marketing Cloud & Einstein
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
