Linum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Manpower Planning Analyst to maintain the organisational structure of the company. This role will be based in their Doha office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining positions and organisational structure records within HRIS
- Reviewing the organisational structure changes and preparing summaries on the impacts of these changes
- Supporting business units’ annual manpower budget preparations
- Providing manpower utilisation efficiency reports and analytics
PROFILE
- University degree qualification in Business, Human Resources, or similar subject
- At least 5 years’ experience
- Ideally have a background in human resources, with knowledge of HRIS or SAP software
- Organised and capable of multitasking
- Experience with Power BI, and analytics
- Fluent in English with very strong verbal and written communication skills
