Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation based in the Middle East. They are seeking a bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking HR Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Ensuring job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all Saudi labour laws
  • Developing and implementing onboarding and performance management programmes to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Creating a compensation strategy in line with Saudi and regional markets
  • Investigating any employee issues and conflicts and bringing them to a resolution
  • Ensuring that the organisation’s compliance with Saudi labour laws and that all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Using performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team
  • Maintaining the company’s organisation charts and their employee directory
  • Maintaining HR systems and processes

PROFILE

  • Around 5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent knowledge of local Saudi employment laws and procedures, with a strong background of working in the country
  • Strong network of local and international recruiters and job agencies
  • Proven ability to recruit independently through job sites and your personal network
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
  • Due to our client’s ongoing commitment to Saudization, our client’s first preference is to interview Saudi nationals for this opportunity
