Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are currently seeking a Fleet Agent to join their team in Doha.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Allocating vehicles to drivers and managing daily fleet operations
  • Checking outgoing vehicles via vehicle checklist to ensure they meet standards and reporting any vehicle damage or issues
  • Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are serviced and maintained
  • Monitoring fleet performance, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions
  • Tracking and analysing fuel consumption, expenses, and fleet utilisation
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to driver inquiries
  • Addressing any driver concerns and resolving issues promptly

PROFILE

  • Diploma qualification or equivalent
  • 2-3 years’ experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics
  • Certified or trained in any of the following: Certified Fleet Manager (CFM), Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Certification, and/or Customer Service Certification
  • Ideally have some knowledge of fleet management software, with strong data analysis skills, time management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
