Linum Consult’s client is an international real estate developer, currently seeking a Community Manager to oversee their day-to-day community operations in Egypt.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating a positive living environment, fostering strong relationships amongst residents, and ensuring the overall well-being of the community
  • Developing and implementing strategies to build a cohesive and engaged community within the company’s real estate properties
  • Coordinating and organising community events, and acting as a liaison between residents and property management; addressing any concerns and ensuring prompt resolutions
  • Implementing communication strategies to keep residents informed about community news, policies, and events
  • Collaborating with property maintenance and security teams to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

PROFILE

  • Degree qualification in Business, Property Management, or similar field
  • At least 7 years of experience in Community Management within a real estate environment
  • Demonstrable history of enhancing community engagement and satisfaction
  • Strong customer focus and service orientated
  • Good knowledge of property management software and relevant industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills
