Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Egypt. They are seeking a Business Analysis Manager with a background in the Real Estate sector to join their team in Egypt.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating the preparation of project business plans and cash flows
- Developing annual and quarterly budgets
- Developing portfolio consolidation and rolling out tracking from a financial perspective
- Coordinating with development teams to progress/achieve the agreed Business Plan
- Preparing monthly sales and inventory reports, and identifying solutions for slow-moving products
- Identifying business opportunities after conducting feasibility studies
- Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency of input assumptions and data used in feasibility studies, business plans, and budgets
- Ensuring product pricing and product costing is tracked accurately and shared with regional teams
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, with any Finance Analysis certificates an advantage
- 8 years’ experience in Business Analysis ideally within the Real Estate sector
- Strong background in real estate development valuations or analytical experience
- A history of working for large, multinational corporations
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
