Linum Consult’s client is an international technical and engineering construction specialist. They are looking to hire an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a data centre construction project in Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Measuring, recording, and valuing building construction works
- Measuring and interpreting specifications and drawings
- Building up estimates from first principle, including net and gross estimates
- Reviewing weekly, monthly, and sections of the programmes of works
- Preparing cost reconciliation statements
- Collecting information required to specify procurement requirements
- Recording and documenting information including registrations of interest
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The right to live and work in the EU
