Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in the Middle East. They are seeking a bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting managers in the development of their teams
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment process
  • Assisting with candidate screening and assessments
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates, and communicating the calendar with the relevant interview panel and candidate
  • Coordinating and arranging second interviews with end-user departments
  • Maintaining records of accepted and rejected candidates/offers
  • Preparing and posting job advertisements online
  • Issuing official offer letters for accepted candidates
  • Liaising with candidates from offer roll out until on-boarding, including all documentation related to candidates
  • Liaising with the Governmental Relations Department to arrange pre-commencement candidate documentation and services
  • Attending and participating in recruitment fairs
  • Carrying out the talent review process and succession planning
  • Ensuring the company adheres to Saudization policies

PROFILE

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a recruitment role
  • Previous experience in recruitment fairs and Saudization
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
  • Good knowledge of local Saudi employment laws and procedures
  • Due to our client’s ongoing commitment to Saudization, our client’s first preference is to interview Saudi nationals for this position
