Linum Consult is working with a world leading, international tier 1 main contractor to identify an M&E Project Manager with a background in rail projects to join their team in Hanoi, Vietnam. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-leading, best-in-sector organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing and communicating the project’s objectives, including the HVAC system, smoke control system, dewatering system, fire detection and fire-fighting systems, and the escalators & elevators
- Ensuring that the project’s planning programme is followed by all project departments
- Managing the financial aspects of the project and ensuring that objectives are met
- Identifying and managing any risks
- Ensuring the project is executed in accordance with contract requirements and applicable standards, laws and regulations
- Organising staff and overseeing the recruitment process
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 20 years’ experience in railway construction projects, with 15 years of experience in a managerial role
- Strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent technical background in project management, budgeting, planning, health & safety, and people management
- Excellent IT skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
